How can I find out the price of one of your products?

Please contact Customer Service at 800-390-9106 - as long as you are a current customer.
New Customers must submit a request for pricing on your own letterhead.

Our Customer Service Representatives are available to take your call at 1-800-390-9106 Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 PM EST. Our Fax Line (1-877-846-1677) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


How can I order Bilt-Rite Mastex Health products?

  2. Email: customersvc@biltriteinc.com. All email orders will be entered M-F 8:30 am – 6:30 pm EST. Rush email orders entered before 1:00 pm EST will ship the same day and ground orders will ship the following day depending on product availability. All email orders will receive a confirmation if an email address or fax number is provided.
  3. Fax Line: 1-877-846-1677. All fax orders will be entered M-F 8:30 am – 6:30 pm EST. All orders received by 3:00 pm EST will ship the next day and depending on product availability. All fax orders will receive a confirmation if a fax number or email address is provided.

Do we sell directly to consumers?
We do not sell any of our products to the general public at this time. Please contact Customer Service at 800-390-9106 for your inquiries to help you find where you can find them in brick and mortar stores or online.
