Q: What type of products does your company carry? A: We carry a very large selection of products both in the orthopedic and safety markets.

A: Normally there is no minimum orders for established dealer and distributors. To setup a new account, we require a $100.00 minimum order included with the credit application and resale certificate. |
Q: Can I private-label your products? A: Our company was originally setup for private-label purposes. We can apply your ready-made label to our boxes or sew in label on products as needed. We can generate labels with the information you provide on our boxes. Included info such as company name, and phone number or anything else you would like to include upto a maximum of 5 lines |
Q: Does your company ship products to Internationally? A: Our company can ship products internationally via a freight forwarder your company provides or one that we are contracted with. For small shipments, we can ship via UPS, USPS, Fedex of BAX Global. |
Q: Will you be able to drop-ship products to my patients or customers? A: Our company wants to help you save money by warehouseing and shipping less so we do all the work for you. Just place and order with us and we will gladly ship it to your customer/patient immediately. We will include a generic packing list and send the bill to you. You save by not incuring double shipping charges and the products get were they need to be much quicker. |
Q: Can you produce a custom item for me based on a sample? A: Yes, we are a cut & sew operation that produces items in the US. No need to have any language barrier issues and/or quality control issues. We use US made raw materials and produce everything in our plant in Pennsylvania. Our facilities are capable of improving on your sample producing it in a timely and cost-effective method. |
Q: How do order your Customized Catalogs with my company name on it? A: Please contact our customer service dept. at 1-800-390-9106. We will require a current DME account with us to get a reduced charge on the catalog. If you don't have an account with us, we will require a charge per catalog and a 50 catalog minimum.
