Unlike other contract manufacturers, Bilt-Rite Orthopedics is different in many ways. Not only can we cut and sew your product, we can also assemble it, pack it, store it and ship it to you, your warehouse or directly to your customer. In addition, if your product is marketable to the health care or mail order markets we serve and we feel we can do it justice. We can also establish a licensing agreement with you and help you distribute your product to these very lucrative markets.

Design Help/Custom Quote

In order to simplify the process of designing and quoting your custom sewn products we ask that you provide us with the following:
A sample or prototype of the product to be made and its estimated sale price,
The sewn item you are currently using with the changes you may want,
A dimensional drawing or sketch,
Plus the estimated annual quantity, order quantity, and the dates you expect to receive production units.
